The Best Concert I’ve Had

SHAWN MENDES: THE TOUR

In December 2019, I went to the Movistar Arena with my best friend to see Shawn Mendes’ concert. I was so happy!

My mom gave me the tickets for the concert on my birthday and let me choose who to go with, of course I chose one of my friends because we wanted to go to the concert together.

Shawn Mendes has been my favourite artist since 2016, when he was only 18 years old. He is a Canadian musician born on August 8, 1998. He has four studio albums: Handwritten, Illuminate, Shawn Mendes, and Wonder. My favourite albums are Illuminate and Shawn Mendes because there are some of my favourite songs like Bad Reputation and Fallin’ all in you.

We were nervous because our seats were unnumbered, so we arrived early but the line was long. Then a staff member said there was another line on the other side of the park, so we took a chance: best decision ever!

We got inside more quickly; they gave us white bracelets and we got good seats. I remember the second stage had a huge, amazing rose.

The show started on time and everyone bracelets started to light up everything with the same colours of the stage and the rose. The whole audience was shouting and singing, the atmosphere was incredible.

PRIMAVERA ESTUDIANTIL Paraguay is a South American country rich in nature and culture; one of my favourites countries when it comes to nature. However, it caught my attention Paraguay flaws in other aspects such as the education system.
